As a property investor on the Sunshine Coast since 1994 and an Accountant with an interest in property for 8 years; I understand the value of buy and hold when it comes to property.

 

An important part of this strategy is to have a Tax Depreciation Schedule.

 

After spending 10 years working as a Contract Quantity Surveyor on  large infrastructure and construction projects the opportunity arrived to launch a Quantity Surveyors office on the Sunshine Coast.

Since then we have not looked back, steadily building the business and our client base to its current level.
